Awards & Reviews:
(The Aveyond II) Music totally rocks. I think it's even better than
the ones produced for AV1. Kudos to Aaron for the wonderful music.
Fits appropriately with the places.
The music in Aveyond is
phenomenal. Hearing the score open up over the beginning credits was
an uplifting experience. It's the best music I've heard to date in
reviewing titles for GameTunnel and I've played quite a few games
lately. It's really refreshing to start a game up and not only hear
original music, but have it be music and not some form of
synthesized beeps accompanied by a driving bass line. There's also a
good variety of tunes. The music
in Aveyond is great. It seems to be mostly orchestrated by a small
band. Clearly a lot of work went into making the game sound great
and it really shows in the finished product. All the music in the
game sounds like its fairly short but when the music loops you
hardly notice it and all the tunes that I’ve heard have been fairly
catchy. In Aveyond the music really shines throughout the game. The
music fits in well with the game, various sweet little tunes
accompanied by the occasional set of ominous tones compliment the
game play well The
music is definitely one of the best things in this game, there is a
different music for each place in the game and they are all perfect
which makes you really get into the mood of the game so i give it
5/5 I was going to write that
the music was good but not that memorable, until last night I found
myself humming one of the tunes as I fell asleep, which makes me
suspect I was wrong. Anyway — I like the music... and (it) gives each location an atmosphere of its own |
